Our partner program "Connections" has been established to allow our partners direct access to the most up-to-date information and the best possible products and services - its focal point is this Internet Portal; www.ITsilver-connections.com.
Connections is built upon the concept of mutual support, development and communication, letting you know about any changes or new technologies as quickly as possible. As well as notifying you of future developments, we will continually support you with materials and information that you can use for promotional purposes. This may be to demonstrate to your potential customers the quality and reliability of the ITsilver database coupled with your solution, or it may be to provide materials that you can use at a trade show. The information contained on our secure extranet is also designed to help you, our partners, make informed decisions on when and how you should update your applications or launch market activities.

We believe that providing personal, high quality service depends on effective communication and contact with our partners. So, to get closer to you and your business we offer a single point of contact - your Account Manager. He or she will work with you to understand and meet your specific requirements and feed your comments back into our organization. Here are some examples of the way we support you in communications:
Newsletter
Several times a year we publish "Turning Point", our Multilanguage Newsletter. We use this medium to inform our customers about the latest news from ITsilver. We also use it to showcase our partners and their successes. We place the newsletter in magazines, in delegate bags at conferences and for mailings and communications.
Internet Portal
The "secure" area of ITsilver CONNECTIONS is designed to be an information repository for our Partners. It contains details about our database, our prices, market presentations, trade show support materials etc.
As you can see the public section of this Portal offers a variety of general information on the ITsilver organization as well containing information about our Partners and the solutions that they offer. It is our intention to use this site as a forum for our partner solutions, and as such it will act as a business generation medium for members of our partner program.
User Conference
Once a year we intend to organize a partner conference, which will provide the following:
Communication of our plans and vision for the future - to present our product and technology roadmaps.
To provide a forum for open discussion between ITsilver and our partners
Training workshops to assist you in understanding our product and license procedures and practices
A networking and social opportunity for our partners to meet and discuss business with other ITsilver partners from different sectors and regions.
Quarterly Data Sheets
These materials are currently shipped on a CD to ITsilver partners on a quarterly basis following a database release. They contain a variety of information ranging from pricing and database statistics to what has changed in the latest release. These materials are used by our partners as summary reference documents. They are also available on our partner extranet.
Events
We use Trade Shows, Conferences and Seminars as a forum for building market awareness of Geospatial Solutions and the ITsilver brand. We appreciate our Partners joining us at these events to assist us promote your solutions. Whenever you are exhibiting on trade shows or customer events we can support you with collateral material, banners and brochures. These can be ordered on the extranet.
Press Work
The ITsilver database is a vital component of many innovative and interesting customer deployments. Working with partners gives us the opportunity to create a more powerful story for communication to the press. This is why often a ITsilver press release is about a partner's success in winning a major customer with our products.
Lead referral
We have a dedicated customer service department whose operators collect all inquiries about our products, which in turn are distributed as leads to our partners. With the ITsilver-connections portal we offer our partners a platform to present their solutions and to generate new customer interest and leads.
Technical Customer Support (TCS)
To understand and to support any complex product requires a high level of expertise and training. ITsilver has a team of engineers who are there to help our partners to get the most value from our database. We can offer a one-day introductory training program to all our new partners that can be tailored to your individual requirements.
