JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. This individual reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing administrative Support to staff and assuming bookkeeping, reservation and reception.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet & Assist public/visitors and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, Route calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents
• Maintain confidential records and files
• Schedule Board meetings
• Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
• Maintain accurate daily accounting of fees, payments, donations and other revenue.
• Manage & Update Social Websites and Pages
• Compile statistical information for Executive Director as requested.
• Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail.
• Maintain front desk area.
• Type and word process documents as needed.
• Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
• Update and maintain mailing lists.
• Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers.
• Facilitate special event registration and execution.
• Assist with completion of necessary statistical reports as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Should have Polite Nature, Obedient, Respectful, honest, trustworthy, cultural awareness, sensible & flexible
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
• Content Writing & Typing skills.
• Ability to travel for short business trips.
• Sharpe Knowledge of Basic of Computers, Internet Services and Social Networking Websites
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of general Office machines and telephone system.
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
• Ability and willingness to work in weekend days.
• Any additional Skill will be considered with preference

SALARY DETAILS
Contract : Yes
Minimum contract Duration : 1 Year
Joining : Immediate
Income (P.M.) – 6000 INR – 16000 INR
